regarding remodelling projects or new items in the home must be made available.
These show proof of upkeep and may answer questions the inspector may have.
5. Leave the
home for 3 hours minimum. If the buyer will be accompanying the home
inspector, they will feel uncomfortable asking questions if the owner is
around. Try to schedule a time for the inspection when you can be out of the
house, and if you have children or pets, take them with you.
